Kevin is unbelievable. He is patient, communicative, and flexible. We were tough customers to please, but he delivered in every way, and was a real pleasure to work with all the way from home search to close. We moved from California. Kevin has been sending us houses for 2-3 years on the internet. We were finally ready to move in June. we came in on a Saturday and he took us searching on Monday. He did a lot of work to show us the different areas of Windsor and Loveland and he spent many hours searching the MLS for houses that matched what we were looking for. We found a house on Tuesday and started the contract on Thursday. He knows the area so well that he can find the house you are looking for I thought it would take 3-4 weeks to find our dream house. He helped us find it on the second day. He was there to help us every step of the way and made the buying process very smooth. We thank his whole team for helping us.
